TLC Properties is a specialist property consultancy with sales and development opportunities. The executives have over 30 years experience in property and financial services and are applying their knowledge and skills to these specialist divisions.
Property Sales:
The approach to property sales is target driven in a niche market. To this end Staging will become the focus and method of presenting properties for sale in the specialized areas of TLC Properties, viz Rondebosch, Newlands, Claremont and Kenilworth. The executives have extensive experience in the development of property over the last 30 years and will be applying this knowledge to stage a property so that it has a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
The other area of sales will be the sales of property offered in New Developments. These developments will be properly researched by ourselves in terms of design, position and pricing. Once again ensuring that the property we sell has a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Developments:
We will focus our attention on developments in our areas only so that we can fully understand pricing, position and product. We will further concentrate on small developments with quality living for families. These developments will have approximately 4- 8 units per development.
Hospitality:
The executives have had extensive experience in the development of hospitality real Estate, having pioneered the Sectional Title Hotel Scheme in 1994. These developments include, Kapenta Bay, Alpine Heath, Greenway Woods and Ocean View Hotel. More recently specialist lodges and hotels, including guest houses have been developed very successfully for their respective owners. Our hospitality division will focus on these opportunities in respect of hotels and focus on the sale of Guest Houses in our specialist areas only.
Financial Services:
The company’s executives have been involved in the financial services for the last 20 years and this experience together with their property expertise ensures that accurate feasibilities and research goes into every project. Furthermore, the correct structures, especially regarding taxation are always recommended. Finally, the best financial structure to suit the project is investigated and recommended.
